- December 2004 - now : Securities Trading Sales Specialist .
Role is focussed on growing the business for order routing and order management
solutions for the equity market, namely : ROR
and ROMEX
within Italy and Greece, while keeping a leading role in making sure
products are built according to our customers needs.
- January 2002 - November 2004 : Markets Specialist in charge of
Equities and Technical Analysis, product leader for the new generation
of transactional products for the equities market, ROR and
ROMEX and MetaStock
Role
is more client focussed and involve understanding markets trends and
driving both salesforce toward specific aims and liasing with central
strategy and development groups.
January 2002 - June 2003 in the segment
based organisation in charge of the Equities, Research and
Advisory areas in the Investment Banking & Brokerage segment,
preparing the ground for launch of new services targeted at research
and analysts.
- April 1998 - December 2001 : Marketing Executive where I
was given growing product management responsability in a range of products , and among
them: Business Information
Products (now Factiva) and Securities 3000. Role includes assessing italian clients needs
and liasing with central development group across Reuters.
I coordinated the roll
out of the premiere information product : Reuters 3000Xtra
since the beginnning (1999) and up to 2001 supporting sales dept. as product specialist.
May 2001 - December 2001 in charge of the Solutions and Distributions lines
of business including then the whole technical infrastructure (Triarch,
RMDS and the Internet Finance Platform) and the consultancy business.
I created and mantained the Italy Marketing website on our intranet
and developed contents and database solutions for the Reuters Italy
public website on the internet : www.reuters.it launched
in October 2001 and acted as webmaster until 2004.
- July 1997- March 1998 : Internship at Customer
Support, where I worked in local help desk and was a trainer on
Reuters financial applications. Further I carried on some intranet/ReuterWeb projects.
- 1994-1997 : I created and managed an integrated system to
retrieve, update , distribute and analize stock and bond
timeseries traded in the italian stock exchange.
